Description This is the same location as Time Will Tell.
It's actually a part of an assignment at school, where we're supposed to give examples of contrasts. Here I'm going for distant/near. This is the Distant, obviously. The Near will be submitted soon.

I know it's kind of "out there".
Not sure it works well enough for the assignment.

neeta In reply to Oktavia [2004-11-28 20:51:53 +0000 UTC]

Men ingen nevneverdige forandringer i Photoshop.

This is definitely exactly what the assignment is asking for. they would also look realy good if you displayed the two prints framed together so the impact between the two is greater. Its also a good locatiuon as its kind of non descript.

i like the idea and execution for the most part. my only beef is that it looks like her head feeds into the structure/piping system behind her, as there is no gap between the two. anyway, nice shot, i like the range.

I agree with you totally, experimental stages are always good, don't get me wrong I loved your old style, but you were really good at it, so now if you experiement you can find new things and then maybe bring the two or more styles together with your old ones. I really look forward to seeing more of your new experimental stuff.

Interesting composition. Your subject still stands out enough to be the subject, while the objects in the background let the eye roam just a bit. The negative space in the foreground certainly makes the subject feel lonely.

I think you've got a keeper here.
