This is really sad! By that I mean, you can really feel bad for scootaloo. It looks as if she just went to the rainbow factory creepypasta, saw rainbow dash working there, grabbed one of rainbow dashes feathers, came back, and is now crying in bed. I also really like how you made scootaloo look hyper realistic, mostly in the mane, tail, and eyes. Darn, those eyes make her look like she's been through a lot. Especially with those tears coming down. Also, the feather makes the situation look much more sad, as it implies to the viewer that something really bad happened to rainbow dash. This may be why scootaloo is sleeping on rainbow dashes bed, as you can see by the cutie mark on the blanket. I gave the originality only 3 stars because everypony has done something like this before, with rainbow dash in a bad situation, and scootaloo realizing it only to have the next minute be scootaloo crying about it somewhere. Honestly, this is the first time i've ever done a critique, so if you find this critique bad, I won't be surprised.

Oh my, uhm I'll try to explain it, though the technique itself in theory is not too complicated. I draw individual lines with different lightness or darness until I get the result. Sometimes I apply a little aftereffect in PS, but nothing else much.

This is just... Oh my Celestia. This is amazingly awesomely epicly sad yet good. Idk. :'D Makes me wonder what could've happened to make Scootaloo so sad... D: And the single light blue feather is a very good hint that it has something to do with Rainbow Dash... Either, A: Something awful happened to her, oh noes or B: Rainbow Dash doesn't think Scootaloo is as cool as Scoots excpected her to think. Somethin' 'long the lines of that. Or something TOTALLY different, like RD moved away to like, idk, Canterlot.
