The reason why she is considered a "yan girl" is because she attempted to kill her partner, but she apparently did it out of love and admiration. The reason why she is not considered a murderer is because the man survived the encounter. It was an attempted murder, but she is not classified as a murderer because she did not succeed in atually killing him.

The shading on the clothing is nice but I think the blood splatter could have been more obvious, it's just looks like blush.
And of course, the anatomy for the hand specifically could have been better, you could have use your own hand as a reference,
take a pencil and do the pose. The dialogue bubbles/boxes could have been better, you could use the circle tool or take from google images.
Also, from the pose, the phone, the cigarette and the features, I take it that this is Yuka Takaoka from the recent attempted murder from Japan,
this is subjective but I don't think you should use her as a reference for this, pose? maybe, sure, but down to the hair and features? No. She tried to murder a guy, so please, don't give her this type of attention, please think about the victim and how would he feel if he saw his potential killer getting fanart. I love your work and I do think you did great with the drawing and first attempt at making manga page but this ain't it, chief.

Thank you for your criticism and advice! There was many ways I could redo the blood, hands and bubble (actually, it's more like her thoughts to be honest and in manga, they don't need text bubble) but I was rushing it too much because I think I spent too much time on little. I usually don't want simple drawings to pass the "3 hour mark". Also, I did try to make a couple of changes as the picture was blurry and censored.
Furthermore, the grammar is very wrong, I didn't really think of referencing dialogues from manga. I'll try to devote them for those later down the line.
Yes, it is Takaoka Yuka, I was hinting at it but I did not give explicit details for it. However, I need to give you some context how my country, Vietnam, received the news. It was not good or noticable, her attitude was directly compared to Gasai Yuno in the posts and no one took it seriously. People were actually making memes out of it. A friend of mine, who pointed out that there was some interest in crazy girls.
I admit that people don't often take Japan seriously. I am sorry because I did not know how serious it is later.
For me, I do not tend to follow trends but I really like Yandere Simulator. The game pushes for a serious and mature tone but it comes out as very edgy and dark because it's dark. It's just her looks matches that of main protagonist. It's not that I find the fact that people get murdered to be funny but that the reason for it is poor. It is like a real life yandere. Which is as serious as guys say how girls are tsundere because they reject them.Β
I am sincerely sorry if this drawing is distasteful to you. I am not trying to mock/ridicule the victim or give the killer publicity. It is just the similarity that makes it feel the same.
I honestly respect your opinions.

Oh I see, even here, in Malaysia, the news called the girl a Yandere which in all honesty, it's insulting the victim and the overall situation because they basically compare this guy's murder to a fictional situation and character trope.
As for referencing the game Yandere Simulator, I think you could've done with Ayano[Yandere-Chan] with her crime scene photo instead of implied and I don't believe that you meant any harm and mockery to the victim, I just find the art a bit distasteful but thank you for the context. I don't believe situation like this should be compare to a fictional character trope.

Nope, not the guy, thank god. But really, imagine getting stabbed and traumatized by the event and your attacker receive fanarts because "oohh look! A real-life Yandere! How cool!" It's not a great feeling, definitely.

Nice, like the use of greys there. Eyes are cute too.
small note for dialogue boxes: depending on the reading direction.(i can't read japanese so i can't tell if the left or right is first) you want to draw a tail on the first dialogue box closet to the character to indicate who is speaking first, usually if there is no tail the text is comingΒ from someone out of frame.

Glad you like it and thanks for the advice!
I was conveying her thoughts in the picture. However, I actually notice later that thoughts don't need speech bubbles. Still a mistake on my end.
