You did a good job getting Lucy's adorable personality across to the viewer. She has always been a fashionable girl, and despite what I'm sure would be her protestations to the contrary, I do think she likes dressing in all manner of sexy and cute and stylish outfits. I've always been a big fan of pigtails and chokers myself, lol.
You did exaggerate the arch of her back very much, and also to protrusion of her booty quite a lot, lol. So much so that I'm not sure if it looks natural or not. It's a mistake I myself made frequently over the last two years, though in your case you certainly never went as far as I did. I'm tempted to to think that you actually stretched it to the max without breaking realism. That's an interesting skill.
Overall, this looks like it would make an excellent postcard or poster for sale at an anime convention. There's lots of Lucy fans out there, and for good reason! Keep up the good work, NeoSM!
