This is my character Toxic! He's a gay tiger with glowing stripes!
RAVEING LIKE THERES NO END!!! AND SO SEXY WITH THAT GLOWING ARMPIT HAIR!

Also I went through horrible issues in all streaming, saving and uploading this. But yet everysecond of the 7 hours I spend drawing this I did enjoy! Sometimes simple things are the hardest part!

can you do this drawing on gimp too?

You can make this in MS paint if you're really patient, but it may no be as easy and enjoyable. So yes, it's mostlikely possible to make something like this in gimp too, I personally found gimp a very confusing and unenjoyable program to work with, not to mention that it crashed often on me. But I do know people who like to draw with gimp as well, so it all really depends on who's using it.
Create art with what you enjoy creating it with, don't aim for what's the easiest or what others use is my advice.

Well, it was quite simple, I wanted a tiger character because I didn't have one before, then I wanted something glowing, and mixed some cyberpunk in, and here's the results
