I agree with , the style does remind me of bart sears. My main crit's though is with the buildings and some of your line weights.
With the buildings you should really consider using a straight edge on them to keep the lines clean and crisp, especially on the more modern looking buildings in the background. The central tower, due to the period of the architecture it portrays, you can get away with freehanding some of the lines to give an old stone weathered appearance though.
The line weights, especially around the outer edges of the figures will help separate them from the background lines and give the illusion of greater depth in the piece.
Overall I like it though. Good job and keep it up

Thanks for the comment and I enjoyed working on this piece because of how tight the lines were and how clean everything was. I especially enjoyed that the buildings and the black and whites were very easy to see and to ink in.
