Ikuda Tsuo

Known as the hero Omni-White, Ikuda Tsuo is the current CEO of Lighthouse Corps , the largest and most beloved hero company in Akimori Prefecture . Her quirk, Omni-White, allows her not only to teleport through particles of white light, but also condense them into blades that run along her forearms in various sizes and shapes. The density and cutting ability of these laser-like weapons depends on the amount of ambient light, as she draws upon nearby particles to create them. In wide-open, well-lit areas, she is capable of using a technique that she calls the 'Lightspeed Cutter', appearing through teleportation and slicing through virtually any material almost instantaneously. With a specialty in search and rescue, Tsuo often uses this technique to flash through disaster zones while obliterating falling debris.
