Your art is a mystery to me; the way you combine full-detailed painted backgrounds with a soft-cell shaded lined character is... an unusual contrast. Lots of artists do this, I myself strive for something alike, but something about your style makes is so perfect it's almost like they're made one for another. While most artists who do this usually contrast the lined character with the painted backrgound so much that it can be bothersome or dull at some point... I don't know how the hell the way you paint and shade both BG and character is SO different but at the same time there's a thin line between one and the other and it looks... like it was brought straight from an animated movie and detailed 3 times as much.
I dunno if it's because of how thin your lineart is, or the way you color around the lines, or if your excellent notion of where lighting goes/can go covers it up a lot, I really have no idea how you manange to make both get along so well that it looks natural unlike anything else of this style I've seen from other artists, but I'll try to learn from you.
