(QUICK EXPLANATION: Tara cannot have Toshi (the Omochao) with her all the time because she has to go to school. Her parents go off to work every weekday so what's Tara to do?
Simple. She leaves Toshi in the chao garden! Namely the neutral garden. Tara drops him off every weekday morning and picks him up the same evening.)

In this picture, Toshi tried to enter in the Chao Karate Tournament... but he didn't do so well so he's a little bummed out. Cutie comes over and tries to cheer him up! But Toshi really just wants to be alone XD;

The text bubble says: "Oh, please don't be sad! I'll cheer you up! I promise."

(This probably takes place somewhere around when Cutie and Toshi are starting to become friends)
