Well, I have the whole summer to draw what I want to draw; so, I decided to start my own project where I draw fanart for series no one's ever heard of! I'm doing this for 2 reasons: 1.) these series are good and need more love and 2.) when/if the series does become more popular, I can say "ha, I knew about it first!" Anyway, here's first one, Alive: The Final Evolution.

...Okay, so Alive doesn't really count anymore. Since it's been licensed for other countries, it's gotten a bit more popular, but when I started reading it a couple of years ago, I couldn't find one bit of info on it, even the wikipedia article was only about 3 sentences. If you read the horrendous plot summary at Anime News Network, it's because I wrote it. I submitted virtually all the information for the series on that site.

This is supposed to be the main character, Taisuke Kanou, but I didn't have a good reference when I was drawing him and he doesn't use any power that the one I drew. So, it doesn't look like the character and it's the wrond supernatural power...it's like the fanart that failed. T_T

Hope you guys like it, though. You can find the lineart (which I personally like better) in my scraps. [link] I've also enabled the critique function, just because I have it and I want to use it. XD
