Description Second drawing in less than a week!!! I finished it in less than two days actually..
It's really strange for me!! Usually I finish a portrait per month!! But even last month I managed to make two drawings in a few days.. Maybe something is changing!! XD

Anyway..this sucks.. I absolutely know.
I'm only happy because it doesn't take the whole eternity to me to finish it and because, for once, it seems to me that it looks like him!! But probably that's only my impression..
I wanted to try to draw using charcoals..but all I had at home was an old charcoal pencil that has been there, abandoned on my desk since..forever! So I used it..but it's the worst thing I've ever draw with!!! @.@ Because it's really a crappy one..it's like drawing..with a watercolour pencil or something like that.. It's hard!! A charcoal is supposed to be soft!!! So..it's impossible to blend.. Or at least it is for me..because I'm really not used to work with coloured pencils..and when I use them, I always use the softer ones.. Result: I finished it using this "thing" because I'm obstinate..but..blah!
It's here for everyone to see..



For the ones who don't know him or who can't recognize him, he's Zero!! D'espairs Ray's amazing bassist!!
And since my title are always lame.. "Brilliant" is one of their latest awesome songs!!

Edit: as suggested..I added the watermark to the fullview..but.. Ugly!!! T^T

I don't agree with you about your drawing, it looks amazing!! I'd say the person looked a bit pale, as his skin tone is the same as the background.. but the contrasts still look very good, you better ignore this comment, haha!

But I have to say that the hair and the eye look amazing, and the way you shade with textures in it is very good (or is this the paper?) definitely worth the fav!

And for the shades..it's my charcoal-pencil's fault! I use smooth paper..like the print one only a bit thicker.. I hate that "texture" while I was drawing it..but in the end I came to quite like it!!

Wow, this looks great!! I didn't like the watermark too >.< It's pretty disturbing But well, it's a good thing to prevent art thieves by using watermark because if you sign at the corner, it's easy to remove. But it's making viewing a bit difficult

Anyway, you're getting better and better with the hair!! It's awesome!! and look at the clothes!!! This little little shiny things must have taken you forever!! and it looks great!! Wow, I have to catch up, I have not been drawing for thousands of years and the drawing I promised you haven't even finished yet >.<

I have never thought about watermark my drawings..but now someone suggested it in the comments..and they scared me!!
You're praising me!!! It's not that good!! But I'm so happy to read this from you!!! Because I know that you don't say this because you're my friend!! You always gave me amazing advices!! It's a lot thanks to you if I corrected many of the mistakes I did before when drawing!! Thank you!!!
