Description
As they got back into the living room, they saw that the whole place got messy with dust and dirt and even their stepmother’s vase was broken on the floor.

"That vase was my favorite item," the stepmother yelled, "it's even been in my family for years, "she then looked at the lamb angrily, "Lenny, this is the very last straw, we have told you five times about messing with the cleaning equipment!!"

She grabbed the tube of the vacuum cleaner, pulled it away from Lenny and his foot got free and he fell on the dusty carpet.

"But Mom," Lenny explained as he got back up, "I wasn’t messing with it, I was just trying to figure out how to handle it!

"Well, you weren't a good success," Swifta snapped angrily, "'cause look what you've done to the living room, now mom's gonna have to use a broom to start over!!"

"Lenny," the stepmother snarled, "You may be cute and cuddly, but you will never be part of this town, now go upstairs right now!!”

Lenny felt very bad about himself, "Does that mean I can't go with Swifta on her special mission?"

"GO TO YOUR ROOM!!!" the stepmother exploded.

Freaked out by that tone, Lenny quickly ran out of the living room and upstairs into the hallway not looking back.
He had been tripping a little bit on the stairs during his scatter, but he kept picking himself up and then he hid in the hallway to catch his breath.

As Lenny stood there quietly, he started to hear the girls downstairs.

"Good riddance." said Brandy.

"What a little freakish pest!”said Marco.

"And if he asks me one more time about going somewhere," Swifta sneered, "I swear, I'll tear his ears off!"

When Lenny heard that, he felt his heart braking, because what Swifta just said was very hurtful, even tears started leaking out of his eyes.

It wasn't even fair that they forgive Swifta for her mistakes and accidents, but not his, they never forgive him for anything at all.

He went into his bedroom, shut the door and jumped onto his bed to start crying in his pillow.

That was the worst day that ever happened to him and he feels like the town understands nothing at all. As for his room, he never had any toys to play with, because his step-family never gave him any last Christmas.
He didn’t have any books to read either (except a boring dictionary).

He had no cat or dog to keep him company, because his stepmother didn’t want a dog to cause a mess and his stepfather is allergic to cats.

They never take him to the zoo, because they don’t want anything weird about Lenny seeing other sheep.

And the worst thing about this life was they forgot about his birthday which was Feb. 10 about a few weeks ago.

After one hour, he then slowly rose his head off the pillow to look at himself in the mirror across the room seeing how he almost looks like some kind of stuffed toy animal.

Lenny couldn't understand why he's so different, he doesn't seem to mind these kinds of looks, none of the people in Pennsylvania at his orphanage saw anything wrong with it.

And about what happened tonight, Lenny could have just asked if he could go to the amusement park near by town tomorrow night instead, but now he knows that they would've probably said NO to that too since tomorrow night's a school night.

"Why can’t my dream of living in a more kind hearted world come a lot sooner?"he wept.

That thought made Lenny so angry, he got off his bed and came up to the window.

He opened it, crawled out back in the rain on the roof and slid down the rain gutter all the way to the ground quietly.

He was decided to run away and maybe try to find his way back to Pennsylvania to the orphanage again, so he ran off disappearing into the night not caring how much harder the rain is falling.

As he was remembering about the woman who brought him into the orphanage back when he was a baby, Gentle hopes that maybe she'll understand what happened and let him back in the orphanage as soon as he gets there......if he figures out how to get back to Pennsylvania.
