@.@ This guy was so hard to draw!Anyway, and I have a role play thing we're putting together, and this is my scientist for it.
And damnit all I have to fix the stupid lamp so it doesn't look retarded... okay, just don't look at the lamp. Pretend there's a perfectly good lamp there, which you have no reason to look at because the rest of the picture is so awesome.

Thank you. I feel like I tend not to put enough thought into the surrounding (or lighting) I place characters in, so this is one of the rare ones where I had actually thought it out. Its something I really should do more often though... >.>

XD its the same for art. Fan work gets so much more attention, either it takes over, or it overshadows. (the only fanart stuff I've done was school related, but it still gets 20x as many favs as anything original I do.

Came out great! Great scene, and the light was nicely put, and gave it the mood needed, specially with the empty space around it. I do have to say "he" looks very femenine, but that may be just your style.

Aw, thank you very much. Ha, I feel your pain. I'm trying to expirament more with light now, which is nearly impossible without any reference. Figure drawing classes can help with lighting and shadow in addition to the human form, if you haven't taken a class before. ^^

May I inquire as to what's going on in this roleplay?

Role play itself hasn't happened yet. Harmonic-hunter and I plan to storm a modern fantasy board, kidnap everyone's characters, and follow our own little plot.
Basically it's an organization that was created by the government during the cold war when they were experimenting on people (only ours would focus more on magical stuff).. and when the government disbanded that stuff, the organization became privately owned...
and basically experiments on vampires, werewolves, people etc for varying purposes, some good, some bad.
The first role play will involve a zombie break out... because, well ZOMBIES.
After that we're thinking gate to hell...
So on and so forth.
