Description this is indeed one of my favorite concepts in photography. But unfortunately I didn't do my best to deliver the same message to the model who posed for me. It was awfully difficult for me to make his hands pose as though they were in despair... yet I don't completely see that in the photo. But something's better than nothing. I hope to take a much better pic in the future and with somewhat wrinkled hands which truly convey the meaning!

Great lighting... and I think it captures the emotion better then you think (but we are all our own worst critic).

thank you I am flattered. Had you taken that shot, you would have come up with a master piece of a photo! I had troubles with my cam, the whining model... LOL!

i find this very eerie...gives me more of a zombie coming to get me feeling, lol which when I think about it could really be in despair the colors work well, you did a good job with it, really like it

exactly! I told my model the same darn thing that his hands were looking more like that of a zombie than someone who has been enslaved.
I wanted one of his hands to cling to the bars as though he was about to pass out and the other hand should try to reach out for help. But bleh! he screwed it up.. so did I! But anyways, thanks for your comment
