Marie Kanker is a middle sibling of Kanker Sisters, half-sister of Marco the Kanker Cousin. She is second daughter of Martha Kanker as her father is Bubba whom also is Marco’s father as well. According to her mother, Bubba was smooth-talking man-whore who had his own harem and is likely to be a pimp. When Kanker Cousins were introduced, she was quick to notice how Marco and herself resembled one another and develops strong sibling relationship, which is proven when she was enraged of how their father treated Marco until Beni adopted him.

Her rivalry with Ann began when the black-haired girl was proven to be as just as menacing and dangerous as herself, or more, when provoked. Marie is often determined to expose Ann’s “venomous” anger to everyone, solely because she wants to see reaction of Peach Creek High who deemed Double N as typical meek nerd. Ironically, Marie has romantic feelings for Eddrick—Ann’s maternal cousin—and is prone to be aggressive towards Karen when the ginger shows sign of attraction towards him.
