My japanese might not go beyond what I call the neko-chan desu level but I'm gonna guess that in Japan the title Kuroshitsuji suggests a butler who wears black. In the english-speaking world (or at the very least to me) a title like Black Butler suggests a dark-skinned man who works as a butler. So while Kuroshitsuji might translate directly to Black Butler it doesn't mean the same thing which confuses and makes my brain feel weird when I try to think about it >__>Related content
