Seriously, I learned to read off Marvel. Aside from Batman and Sandman and Hellblazer, I really can't stand DC. But, I have a request line up, and DC is winning by far. [link] Right here, if you wanna jump in and give me the fifth request.
Also, Deadpool has his own comic series again. *loves on DP*
But, yes, Marvel has some crap artists. I lean to IDW for the good art, personally. They've got some great ones right now.
Marvel hired Liefield back. If they didn't just give DP his own comic series again, I would boycott them. Er, once I finished buying the trades for She-Hulk, Ultimates/Ultimates 2, House of M and Ms. Marvel, I mean. Then I'd boycott them.

Like I said, I learned to read off Marvel. My dad names all his bikes after X-Men characters. Rogue is technically mine, and she's a badass, I want her back.
We originally named my mom's cat Selina Kyle after Catwoman, but Mom went with Kiara from Lion King 2 instead. Dad and I were disappointed.
Shit, I have a bunch of the DP stuff, if you want to borrow it. If I get it back tonight I'll send it with Shae for you on Saturday. Unless you'll be there Saturday, in which case, cut out the middleman.
Don't feel bad- Comics are my thing. Anime isn't. In fact, if I had the money, I wouldn't just be buying Marvel trades right now, but individuals. However, what I'm really on the lookout for is the Exiles series- I'm stagnating on book three. Half the fun to me is buying at whim, so looking it up online just won't cut it.

I've got Cable/Deadpool 1-4 back, Anita Blake's entire Marvel run, Exiles 1-2, DP issues 1 and 2 (just started September) and a flash disc full of Transformers and Harley Quinn comics and some fanart for Terry. You can just return them whenever.

I just... have never really liked Harley Quinn.
I'm really not sure why. She just irked me. Immensely.
I guess because she's so insanely upbeat, constantly... and because j'adore the Joker and she's so clingy and apparently annoying to him.
I've read Harley Quinn comics, and she just... irks me in them. Maybe because she seems to annoy everyone else in the Batman universe.
But maybe it's just me. Because everyone else who knows about her seems to like her.

Well, she's SUPPOSED to annoy people. xDDD That's her role! Her voice makes me LOL, just because I've always loved that accent. "Mr. J! Mr. J!" I 'unno - I can see how she can be annoying. I think others like her because they acknowledge the fact that she's supposed to be the extreme comic relief to the Joker's psychotic streak, supposed to be the one that's annoying and more like the irritating speed bump in Batman's (and sometimes the Joker's) way. She hooked up with Ivy for a while in the cartoon series because I think she was angry at the Joker. xDD But, she's supposed to be air-headed and dim, the unsharp tool in said tool case.
I just think the Joker needs himself a hoe to his pimp-cane. >w< Plus I'm in love with her design. =w= I love old-style jesters. Plus she's like a playing card.

I know... kinda like the Mrs. Lovett to Joker's Sweeney Todd. Lovett even calls Todd "Mistah T", so it's... pretty scary.
Even though I'm pretty sure Sweeney Todd came first. Right? Didn't that story, String of Pearls, get published before the Batman / Joker comics? Or was it in the Broadway show that there was first the adoration / "Mistah T" thing, so the Joker / Harley was first?
I just confused myself. Disregard me.
I've read some Harley / Ivy comics... I always found my sympathy lying with Ivy. XD
Well, her design is certainly great. It's just the whole... blonde ditz "ilu mistah j lol" thing I can't... quite... get around.
