Personality: Pretty neutral and blunt at first. Also confident in his skills. He usually sees things in black and white but always values a life. Although making a bond with him makes him open up more. He starts to show compassion and care for the individual. In the end, he is generally revered as wise and also confusing personality wise. Sometimes mimicking emotions that he receives. He can be curious at times.

History: He was randomly found on top of the snowy mountain. He was adopted by a kind family of Samurott with a Dewott son. His adopted parents however soon passed away. So he grew up isolated on top of the mountain with his Dewott brother, practicing moves, and playing around. On his 16th birthday, he received his lance as a gift. Yet his brother soon left. He was later seen and passed away as well. The last thing he has of them are his ribbons and lance. His necklace was given to him by a kind Floatzel that he cares a lot about. Now he just wants to find out where he came from and why everything that has happened to him happened.

Hobbies: Anything involving snow. Artistic things. Being cute and pretty, elegance is a bonus.

House: Virizion

Weapon: An Ice Lance, given to him for his birthday by his late Dewott brother.
