Great drawing as always
The colors really caught my attention. Duck based characters are very rare which is a shame because they can be so awesome. The only thing I dislike about the design are the second set of wings. I think, they are a bit out of place because they seem to be connected to the tail instead of the body. That would make it impossible to move them.
Anyway, it's a nice concept overall and the duck looks so adorable, it makes me want to hug it!
