Description
Since he looked too much like a stereotypical mad scientist, I decided to make him more realistic and believable. The stars surrounding the original drawing signified that he was crippled in some way or another. During the drawing process, I was able to piece together a small backstory that both fits his appearance and his namesake:

Dr. Nuisance is a scientist whose lifelong goal is to discover an elixir that grants everlasting youth to one who drinks or injects it. As a young adult, he mixed whatever chemicals and elements he could get his hands on. After studying numerous reactions to his cheek cells, he chose the most promising mixtures and injected them within himself year after year. Unfortunately during that time, he suffered paralysis to the right side of his body due to some nerve damage as a side effect.

Refusing to give up, Dr. Nuisance pushed onward with his studies, donning an attitude that best fits a child to help keep his spirits "youthful" in the slightest. He's delusional and paranoid from multiple failures, the passage of time, and refusing to accept the fact that one cannot live forever, let alone look young even when a lifespan has been extended. Since he has spent a majority of his life locked inside his laboratory, he has little to no social skills and any personal encounter results in a moody to insane experience. He carries an arsenal of weapons for the sole purpose of "self-defense": A pouch littered with stink bombs that burn the eyes like mace/pepper spray as well as choke like thick clouds of cinnamon (not to mention that it is difficult to get rid of), and a "cane" that is used for both blunt force and a gun that is attached to a storage pack, spraying a noxious mixture of raw sewage and acid.
