Here's Teisol for, well, Teisol ! I really loved doing all the little extra details and the glows and effects and things on her although I don't think I got the metallic look on the silvery parts ;u
Teisol herself has a very unique design for a dragon! It's nice seeing something new amongst all the western dragons and wyverns and Wings of Fire

You added so many details too!! It must've been a pain in the butt with this light setting >.
Metal bits are a pain, but I think you got it right with the values! Metal will be insanely bright like you have done near the light source in this setting, most likely. It would be hard to get right though, so I am not sure how I'd do it myself >.< BUT, hard edges seem to help me out a lot with the texture illusion, and it might be what's bothering you here!?

I didn't think you'd be this hyped up about it. I'm glad you like it!
It wasn't too bad to put in all the detail, I've recently found a new shading technique and it's SUCH A LIFESAVER
It was a bit tedious to get the flat colors in though, especially on those round scales
I'll keep that in mind with the metal! I've just never really drawn the texture before, so I don't exactly know what I should have done to get the look of it.
And I'm glad you like the expression! I don't really know what happens, it's probably in the mouths and eyes. I just keep drawing them again until I get the expression I want XD
