that right there is actually a good representation of a vampire
however there is one thing that needs to be taken account
if you run on bram stokers variant. The fangs is above the normal jagged sides
So if you picture this as a bram stoker resemblance, then the fangs shouldnt be there, unless theres blood all over her face of course

yes. Its because that in context. if the fangs are constantly out, it will be too obvious to spot a vampire
