for the ever ongoing [link] drawn with the touchpad, because my tablet stylus seems to be on hiatus...i have this giant art history book that has a tiny tiny photo of the Coatlique idol in it, and it's photographed head on, so it looks like it's like...3 feet tall. i freaked out when i found out the idol is 15 feet tall and one solid piece. it's too cool.

I like your ability to take something from nature or a cultural reference such as this and turn it into a work that is your own and also could be used for animation - as this could be part of a 2d background..
