**EDIT** i fixed him a bit. if i ever go back into this, i'm going to pull his hind-legs farther away on the kick-off....and maybe take that little pop out of the wing..
and offset the horns so they look more natural
i am bored of this now though...

Nice! The movements of the head and tail aren't bad at all, but you're right, the timing seems a little off. But it's a really sweet little animation, and the character design is awesome.

Nice movement there! You mentioned that you need to work on the head and tail, and I can see a bit of a pop (especially in the tail).
The wings look good, as do the motion of the legs. There does seem to be a bit of hang though, and I'm not really getting too much of a sense of weight shift - might want to push it a bit more!
Awesome work though - 2D animation is freaking tough. Keep it up.
