I think photoplus is a easy and useful program to use but a tip from me is that the line and curve tool are so hard to use that i never use them.
If i want to draw lineart (not going over my drawn pictures digitally, i cant do that on paint so when i do those i have to use hand on photoplus) , i use paint then colour on Photoplus X3.
Its great for colouring though.

Not sure how much it costs.. my dad allways gets a load of computer programs cause he works in IT so yeah..

Ill check how much it costs and then Ill ask can I get it.
It sounds great cause if you have the lineart drawin with pencil or marker, the colouring always looks better when digital.
