how about a story where the girl likes to pretend to be paraplegic and one day finds a boyfriend who loves her to pretend her legs are paralysed and helps her to find a way to get them paralysed really?

I wasn't asking you to do a man, just suggesting a little story to go along with this kind of image.
I wonder whether he would knock her out and while she was unconscious, slip a long scalpel blade between her vertebra and sever her spinal cord paralysing her legs? Whenever I see an image like yours I often imagine a 'backstory' to accompany it.
