Perhaps my best copic work yet! tried a few new styles and techniques to make this amazing drawing. Just copic and graphite.

The story behind Mobian Taffy is slightly different (and apparently more fleshed out) than normal Taffy. On mobius Taffy started out as a normal if rather intelligent mobian mouse who was invested in understanding (and thereby defeating) the roboticizer. Through some effort she acquired one of the dangerous machines and began to look over Sir Charles schematics concerning the device. While she dident find a means to prevent or even easily reverse the process she did discover more of how exactly it worked, and in doing so discovered the Roboticizer operated on an organ by organ basis. Believing that this is what caused the brain to be transformed into a simple enough device that allowed it to be so easily programmed she began to invest in different ways Roboticzation could take place, in hopes of either changing a mobian just enough to render them immune to the effects or create a robain superior in every way to Robotnick's while retaining free will. Initial organic tests with fruits and vegetables resulted in failure as individual cells were too ridged to effectively operate together, which led her to try and develop a transformation process into a non metallic element. Experiments with silicone based rubber proved surprisingly effective resulting in a product that was flexible yet retained certain properties of the original form. The experiments proved continually successful and she was able to instigate and reverse the process resulting in no harm to the subject.

Lacking a test subject and not wanting to unethically test on an unwilling one she decided to subjugate herself to the process setting a timer to allow her to momentarily transform herself then back after a minute had passed. Naturally it was at this point that everything went wrong... except that it went right. The machine transformed her into a being of living silicone and rubber, but because her cells were transformed on an individual basis as opposed to whole organs at a time there was an unanticipated side effect. What she hadn't accounted for was all the neuro synapse connections in her brain cells relied on each other, and by individually altering them she severed each connection effectively deleting every experience and memory she ever possessed. She was a completely new mobian without any past, basically a new child. Naturally this led the new entity to explore her surroundings which meant she missed the timed de-roboticzation the machine was programmed to do as she was busy exploring her old lab which she dident remember. At this point it might have been possible to save her and reverse the process effectively restoring her to her original state... unfortunately the new creature found a shiny red button... she couldn't read the words but the button was SOOOO shiny....

She next came online some time later after her self repair systems had fixed the damage... she found she was near a burning crater with hardly an idea of what happened, who she was or why she was there. Unwittingly she had activated her lair's self destruct which took with it the modified roboticizer, the notes of her research and any real hope of returning to her old life. The old her would have remembered in great detail how she had created the process and would have been able to easily make a new device, except that the new her had none of her memories. With a shrug the new creature wandered off, eventually was given the name of Taffy because of her elastic nature and began her new life.

Mobius Taffy is effectively a robot, except she is made of nano silicone cells which are able to elongate, shift position and assimilate organic cells, this gives her elasticity, malleability and a high amount of damage resistance. She effectively possesses all the ability of Taffy prime (normal Taffy) as well as those of being a machine, such as enhanced strength and the ability to develop machines and devices out of her body. The nano cells that comprise her are more or less miniature robots with a silicone exterior and a neucilus that modifies the shape of the cell through a process she doesn't even know exists. Her cells are capable of reproduction should she need to repair herself, and while feasibly she could use this to increase her overall size the notion doesn't come to her as she is not actually aware of this process. The cells while able to modify into a variety of ways are not capable of separation, any cell separated from her body ceases to function.

Because of the nature of separating her brain cells in such a fashion Taffy suffers from a severe case of mental retardation as well as amnesia and memory loss. While the new brain cells are capable of making connections similar to her old ones her constant morphing, stretching ext often causes these connections to break resulting in recent experiences becoming erased. Her brain nano cells are able to store minor amounts of information individually which allows her to function at a state of about a 5 year old child, remember some basic things and allow her to remember dangerous events for her survival, but aside from that most memories are difficult for her to retain. This gives her a generally short attention span and a tendency to repeatedly make the same mistakes or forget people she has met. Because of this she doesn't see herself as a robot, but instead as a curious individual ready to explore the world. Yet there is a way for her to maintain a longer database of memories.

One of the strange side effects of her unique and unrepeatable transformation is that she is able to absorb or assimilate organic matter into her own cells and safely contain it until released in the same state it was. What happens is that he cells envelop other cells within their nano silicon shell which protects the cells from damage but allows them to be safely modified, stretched, elongated ext until she deposits them by reattaching them seamlessly. Through this method she could in theory fit a watermelon through a dime sized gap and reform it on the other side whole, but instead of storing fruits she generally uses this to assimilate or fuse with other organic creatures. While the process is not painful or lethal it has been described as uncomfortable (like having a bubbling soda instead of blood) and on a few occasions extremely intrusive. However in a process that takes several minutes Taffy can bond her nano cells with the organic cells of another living creature. While the best results are with those about her same size and mass she can bond with targets several times her size by effectively bunching up groups of organic cells within her nano cells. When she bonds with someone in this way both entities become effectively one. This has several advantages, the first being that both are able to share their powers and abilities with only minimal decrease in power or ability. Second this allows Taffy to tap into a mental reserve far greater than hers, allowing her to acquire the IQ, memories, mannerisms and skills of the individual she has assimilated. While this allows her greater mental capability she is still prone to the same memory loss as she normally is whenever she shifts shape. While in theory its possible for her to maintain a bond indefinitely as time goes and she breaks her own mental connections and begins to return to her default state, where she realizes she is carrying additional cargo and not knowing why unbonds. The process of unbonding deals no lasting damage to the host and their put back together flawlessly, which includes their own mental connections which allows them to retain their own memories. the freed (and likely upset) host is then free to do as they please, though they might experience some strange effects such as odd dreams, memories they don't recognize ext. If at any point Taffy bonds with a host she has bonded with in the past the is immediately able to access the memories of their last encounter as well as anything she did at the time, which effectively allows her to store memories in other individuals.

During the bond generally Taffy is the one who remains in control, though if she takes the effort she can mentally communicate with her host and if needs be or desired she can willingly surrender control to them. If the host however happens to have at least decently powerful psionic or technopathic/technomagic capabilities then they can usually usurp control for themselves. During time bonded the host is generally aware of what is going on though the lack of control and Taffy's strange abilities are often disorienting to them, but when separated they will remember the majority of the events as if they themselves experienced them. Generally a host is displeased after the ordeal about having their body taken over and will likely express this one way or another to a confused mouse robot. Taffy often fails to comprehend why her past hosts are displeased with her but has enough social understanding to respect their wishes that she does not do it again... at least until she forgets. When she initially bonds with someone she's able to think and act more clearly, and if the host is sufficiently smart this leads her to understand the nature of the bond she is in and assuming she does not have her own agenda she often either relinquishes control or quickly unbonds. If she unbonds quickly in this fashion shell have at least temporarily imprinted her host's memories and often mannerisms onto her self which she will display for a limited time. When she bonds the resulting creature often appears to be a fusion of the two, generally they appear as the host's species and general shape, but often with Taffy's color scheme, outfit and about 90% of the time are female though that can be easily adjusted.

Besides her abilities Taffy enjoys simple pleasures in life, making friends (often the same friend multiple times) playing, helping people and enjoying life, ignorant of her robotic nature or that she had a past life (even bonded with one of high IQ she has no recollection of her past life, though some hosts might experience dreams of an unfamiliar mouse). She simply seeks to experience life and with her inability to hold onto most memories very long she has an endless world of possibilities to explore.

Taffy was strolling down making her way not really paying attention to where she was going. She was sad because... well she didn't remember, but if she did it was because she had attempt to bond to someone who took an immediate disliking to it and had said loud things and hit her. She wasn't a bad person, she had all sorts of friends who liked her such as..... or... how about... well....
With a huff she took a seat and looked around... this place was not familiar to her (then again little was) and she wondered where she could possibly be. She then perked up as she heard the sound of someone approaching, perhaps this would be an opportunity to make new friends! Eagerly she stood up and headed towards the sound of approaching footsteps.

This is where any of your OC's come in. They can be a friendly individual, or perhaps a villain who would be more than happy to exploit her. Though fair warning, if she starts invadeing personal space too much she's trying to bond. Have fun.
