This was my first attempt ever at making a hat. I liked the outcome!
Materials:
Cardboard (I used a cereal box)
Tape
Scisssors
Hot glue
Needle and thread
Purple silky material
Scrap tulle
An old pearl necklace
Some feathers
Ribbon
A butterfly charm
