Description
A very wise looking old man. I used a photo reference from a digital photography book.I sent this portrait to Duke to supplement my application (can't hurt right?). This took forever X_x but I had a great time with it.
Pencils (2B, HB) on Bristol Board. Took around 12 hours spread through 2 weeks. I think I may add stuff to it later.
EDIT: I rescanned this pic too so now the details aren't blurry like before

haha duke apparently had a lot of applicants that year so i didn't get in, but hey life is good now

yeah uva is awesome, you know i always think back on all my regrets (not getting into duke, etc) i always think "well if i had done that, i wouldn't be where i am now and i wouldn't know all my friends and such"
