I cant remember the exact site. but I just googled photoshop tutorials and it was there somewhere. There are quite a few different ones actually. This particular one had an old newspaper as the background instead of the music that I chose. So if you find that one then thats the one I used.

Good contrast in the colours there! I followed a tut that used an off yellow paper. I've not seen one on choseing the colours to simulate the glass yet though
