And here I present to you, your Friendly Neighborhood Pan!!
I decided to practice some more with a more chibi style for some friends as Christmas presents. The friend I drew this for (it's of her btw she wore this outfit 2 days ago and i thought it looked so good on her LOL) is pansexual and she calls herself the friendly neighborhood pan, so that is the explanation for the title xD

ahhh i hope she likes it q.q i feel kind of awkward giving this to her... we aren't that close at all just started bonding this year q.q

lol. Are you afraid she might take this as something more than just friendly overtures, Oscurabella? I gotta say, though, this is an adorable picture. And yes, I think the outfit is very cute, too. Her pose actually seems somewhat bashful, as if she has just a really cute guy/girl/pan(?), and is immediately all wishy-washy and weak in the knees because of it.
