Welded stainless steel (directly to) silicon bronze.
This model is the spherical representation of the octahedron (one of the 5 Platonic Solids).I have capped (in bronze) only alternative quadrants in order to leave the form open.This model helps to conceptualize the eight quadrants of a sphere and is an adjunct to the instruction of Sacred Geometry as well as other mundane aspects of spherical geometry such as earth navigation.
