This is an amazing piece of Cosplay <3 I really like how well knitted your pieces is, did you come up with it by yourself, or did you go by an tutorial? I will be learning to knit by myself, however, i only know what things are named i in swedish, so trying to find a good "how to knit "ruffles" is hard!

It is called a Quaker stitch, it's super easy. And I made the "pattern" it's just a long scarf sewn together. I asked "rucks" to knit it for me since I was doing a majority of the sewing. She did good XD here is a [link] on how to knit ruffles XD
