I've been friend with Claire since high school. A month and a half ago, we had great fun at my housewarming party, on a saturday night. The next wednesday she was diagnosed with leukemia. It's probably the first and only time in my life i got drunk alone in my room. Couldnt find anything else to do, i was just too shocked.After a month of treatment she's now on her way to recovery. She's probably one of the bravest person i know, and she's an example for all of us. Made me rethink this feeling of invincibility we young people seem to have.

How old is she then? A friend got it too last year and expected the worse after a working colleague had died from it, but she's getting better now.

she's 25. she'll be fine, but at the first step of chimo she got some pretty bad illness and we were all really scared.
