How did you color the rice in blue/green ?

I used freeze-dried dill in a strainer cloth which is loaded with green food coloring, microwaved it with very little water and a little vinegar so the color and flavor comes out, and mixed it with rice. Green food coloring works too but I'm very fond of dill.
