I see wat you mean by "off". I believe that its the placement of her right arm. It connects to the body in a higher pqosition than the left, and because there is no slanting of her body to imply she is leaning, it looks off.

I think you are right about the mouth, looking at it a second time I think I put the muzzle located a bit to far down, it should be sorta overlapping the eye a little bit more.
