The legendary Pokemon of the Unova region.They consist of. Victini, Cobalion, Terrakion, Virizion, Tornadus, Thundutus, Reshiram, Zekrom, Landorus, Kyurem, Keldeo, Meloetta and Genesect.

Pretty awesome. My favourite Legendaries (overall) are Zekrom and Kyurem.
Hell, Zek and Kyu are so OP in my game that I can take on anybody (in game) with only one of them, or my Samurott. Though I need my Tropius to fly around.

I avoided doing Formes for any of the Legendaries because there are 13 of them and there are 8 other Formes which is a little to many

That's thirteen. This makes me wonder how many legendaries there are in X and Y besides Xerneas and Yveltal...

In gen 5 nearly 10% of the new pokemon are legendary which i think is way too many so hopefully there won't be more than maybe 10 but there will probably be way more.

Well, even if Hoopa and Volcanion are in the game, they haven't been announced. For all we know, they never will be announced, so we can't really count them yet. But with or without them, X and Y don't have very many legendaries.

We can count on them being released. Every Pokémon revealed by means of delving into the codes has been released so far; Darkrai, Shaymin and Arceus in Gen IV; Keldeo, Meloetta and Genesect in Gen V; Diancie (already revealed), Hoopa and Volcanion in Gen VI. They just need to be revealed; the question is when that'll happen.

Well, if ORAS comes out before they confirm Hoopa and Volcanion, then they probably will either not confirm them, or just use them in ORAS.
There's also mega forms for Latios and Latias, but they haven't distributed them, either.

I have a feeling the Eons' Mega Stones will be released for XY, requiring a trade to ORAS to Mega Evolve Latios (Omega Ruby) or Latias (Alpha Sapphire). It's absurd to state they won't be in ORAS; they're in the game's data, so of course they'll be in. Do you even know anything about game mechanics?

I know about game mechanics, it just depends on whether or not everything's distributed. Diancie is getting distributed because it's having a movie, and we only get it until the movie comes out in our country.

See? This has been the case for every Mythical Pokémon and I'm 150% sure Hoopa and Volcanion will follow; Hoopa starring in the Pikachu special and Volcanion in the 18th movie alongside Primal Kyogre and Primal Groudon.
