Krita actually. Some of my older work is in SAI, but everything recent is Krita.

Your art is always super cute. <3 This kitty especially reminds me of my Blaise.

Also, for your Windows 10 issue (which you mentioned on your Blue Cat headshot piece), I believe there is a "change only the text size" option? o.o Honestly, I have no idea, I gave up on Windows 10 and reverted to 8 on my laptop. I also found this and if you scroll to the very bottom under the "to make text and on-screen items clearer blabla," it looks like it may help?
