WHEW!

you would not believe that long, convoluted history behind this piece... Back in the summer of '07 I bought one of those ginormous Strathmore sketchpads with the intention of painting something epic with my fancy-schmancy Windsor and Newton watercolors. After three months of sporadic work, this was the result.
I had the intention of scanning it right off the bat, until i discovered that my 8' by 11' flatbed scanner wouldn't accomodate the 16' by20 ' monster. So, it's been languishing on the wall above my bed for the last three years until I finally scanned it in sections and ran it through photoshop. Yeah... my photoshop skills ain't the best, but after struggling with some uncooperative layers for a while, *drumroll* here it is! My art style has hopefully progressed since then, but I'm still proud of this.

Oh yeah, I don't think i've mentioned this before, but I'm a HUGE "Cats" fan. The "Phantom" portion speaks for itself.
