Description I drew this a LONG time ago and only recently found it again.

It's a Torchwood fan art, Jack and Ianto. I'll let what they are saying speak for the picture because for the life of me I remember little to nothing about what was supposed to be funny here. I remember giggling quite a bit though.

Yeah when I found it again it took me a moment to figure out what I had been getting at too. I drew this at work so I was probably on a call and not thinking completely about what I was writing.
