Now then, this is the Space Battleship Alkandore (or just Alkandore in my Rise of a Hero story).This is in two of my stories, first is the 'Nova Wars', which I'll get into later, and the 'Rise of a Hero' story, both of which take place on the same world, Terlium. I'll leave it to you how they are related.
In the story, the Alkandore is the 'ultimate airship', and is needed to travel into the Dark Spiral, which is where the Demon King Antanomois is. It of course, doesn't work, so the group need to find a 'Holy Crystal' that should allow it to fly...
In the 'Nova Wars', it is the ultimate battleship, powered by the new energy source, 'Nova Cells', which are produced by 'Nova Crystals'. It replaces the original Alkandore when it is used as a 'meat shield' to give the crew time to take off. The captain of the Alkandore is Captain Ricard, who is related to one of the characters in my book. (Hint: NOT Ricard. I mean it.) In the end, it was said that the Space Battleship Alkandore was destroyed in the last battle.
It is outfitted with multiple beam cannons, rocket and torpedo launches, and the Nova Cannon on it's bow... and under that, the Sword Drill.

Well, they're different. XD I call it both because when it's used in the war, it travels in space...
Like, the flying ships in Final Fantasy games are airships.
