WTF?!! All other effects work but this one...Every time I load it, it doesn't spark off or anything! It just sits there looking ugly!
Someone help me, please!!!

I have fixed it. You can just change the names of the folders to english. For some reason the japanese was interfering

well, when i add effects, it takes off the models texture's. but then when I render the picture it's fine, so maybe it's just that?

It's not an effect you load onto a model, it's an .x effect. It should work automatically.
