Description
It's Natalies strongest Jutsu. If she uses it, she has to touch her enemy and then she can destroy certian cells of it. The more Chakra she has/uses, the more important are the cells which she destroys. So, this Jutsu CAN be deadly, if she uses her full power of chakra - But if she do that, she might go blind. Her eyes arent that green, how you see, it's because when she uses Jigoku-no-Jutsu, she can't see very well. So it's very difficult to touch her enemy.
