I know they are folded, but I meant like the actual placement of feathers looks somewhat awkward when you compare them to the bones (and somehow, for me it makes it look short). Either bring out the feathers more, or shorten the bones.

Nope, slit pupil is in bright light. The size then increases when there is less light. Evident in cats.

Yes, that is what a slit pupil would look like in bright light, but they are more suited to darker conditions. The slit pupil lets in more light than a standard circular pupil under the same conditions. There is more area for the light to enter the eye through, allowing for superior night vision. Also evident in cats.

When talking about is plumes, instead of 'nobody doesn't really know why...' you should put 'nobody really knows why'

I really really enjoy this.
Lugia is probably my least favourite Pokemon first due to the fact that it's ugly. Secondly, the strange "Dragon or Bird" war that goes on between Lugia fans. When clearly, Lugia is a bird, though based on dragon legend.
ANYWAY, I love how you designed Lugia in bird form, as it should be. Everything is perfect, especially the water sack placement.

Oh wow, I love it when people put so much thought into the idea of fantasy creatures; especially Pokemon. You did a fantastic job!
