Personally, I like these icons and couldn't care less whether your inspiration came from others' work or your own creativity; either way you're sharing icon art with others and it looks good. Good work.

These are repackaged rip-offs of Adam Betts's creations. You've just rotated them and added a tacky emboss effect.
Virtually every icon designer has seen the originals... why bother shamlessly plagiarising them?
