This is a great shot and definately worthy of print status. I think you did an excellent job capturing the flow of the falls. I would be curious to know what technique you used to capture the coloring of the rocks so accurately, Most cave pictures I have seen are very yellow from the artificial lighting.

Well because I used iso 100 the light stayed very very similar to the reality, also i used 10s long exposure i had another shot from the same place before that was very yellow because of the Iso 400. I also used F5

Well there is some artificial light on the caves to show the waterfall and because i used a slow exposure made the light like this
