To be honest, I really struggled choosing my vote beacuse I kept going back and front between number 1 and your entry! This is just so adorable, it makes me smile everytime I look at it! I love the brush you used for the line-art! It makes the art look better in my opinion! Their expressions are just so precious and well drawn tho!

As I mentioned before, this was an unexpected kind of fluff for the contest, but dang... is it cute! There is no denying it. This is the kind of friendship I do imagine them to have if they did meet as kids and were close friends. They look happy and exhausted from laughter.
The drawing looks so simple and the fact you made it look like it was drawn with crayons gives it that extra playfulness that really fits the idea of the drawing. The combination of the young characters and the style works exceptionally well! Your second place winning is well deserved, absolutely!
