history
growing up in a temple in greece, korey spent a great deal outdoors, whether his servants knew he was there or not. he was always drawn to nature and what it had to offer. he loved interacting with plants, animals and the general environment around him. while they did their best to teach korey, korey never paid attention. instead, he preferred to be outdoors. frustrated, his servants began to host his classes outside, hoping he'd pay more attention. unfortunately, and to no surprise, korey didn't pay attention. of course, he was smart enough to excel in his studies.

isolated from others, humans especially, korey grew restless. he wanted to make friends and speak with people outside the temple. his servants often told him he didn't need friends outside of the temple walls and that humans wouldn't understand them. furthermore, to get korey to listen for once, they warned him that humans could often be dangerous. obviously, korey didn't listen.

he tried many times to sneak out and interact with humans, but his servants always caught him. feeling alone and isolated, korey began to focus on his studies. growing a bit older, korey took his duties and studies seriously, impressing his servants, who grew more lenient with him over time. they allowed korey to accompany them to nearby towns, took him out for lunch and even allowed him some alone time in said towns, with a servant not too far behind. unfortunately, korey was never allowed to interact with the humans they saw in the streets.

alone, korey continued to study in solitude, always wondering what humans were like. when he didn't study what his servants gave him, he studied the outside world, its history, the economy and environment. he studied the culture of humans, along with music, food and old traditions. korey even began to keep up with current and political issues. if korey couldn't be with humans, he became involved with their affairs, always watching from afar.

all in all, korey is a pretty decent kid. he's very sweet, cares for his friends (and of course, the environment) and shows a great deal of compassion and love for them. this love for his friends can be a bit overbearing, as he tends to frequently involve himself with the problems of his friends or those he considers close to him, which isn't always a good thing. however, despite his overbearing and nosy behavior, he's a good friend to have due to his kind and understanding nature. he's often seen as a leader because of how mature and open mined he is, making him extremely to approach and interact with.

however, korey can be kind of a clutz. he's extremely clumsy, both physically and verbally - he never knows what to do or say in certain situations and often avoids these conversations, not wanting to look like a fool. he often finds himself tripping over things or running into people, not thinking much of it. he's oblivious, things often flying over his head and him not quite understanding certain things until they're thoroughly explained. because korey is so passionate about his beliefs and his friends, he comes off as extremely intense and in your face - sometimes it's a little annoying. he'll do anything for his friends and beliefs, but he's not an extremist.

although he's a sweet kid, he finds himself annoyed and irritated by minor inconveniences. even if he drops a book or pencil, he finds himself getting more upset than he needs to. he's used to certain things being so easy, but he can't help it.
