Thank you. The tubes are made from flexible plastic tubing (like irrigation tubing I guess) with 4 way stretch lycra sewed over it. The waist tubes have 3 different stacks and there's elastic through the tubes so they can be stretched over my head to get on. Doing it this method you get separations between them when you stretch which is annoying but that might be able to be rectified if you have them going all the way under the top and find a way to any separation is hidden but it. However since if I make another Hisoka costume, I'm doing election Arc so I haven't put too much thought into how that'd work.
