Description Been wanting to draw a picture like this for a few years. Two mutant robots beating the tar out of each other. SO I finally decided to get off my butt and draw it!

This picture was inspired by many things, including, but not limited to:
Heavy Metal Magazine, Simon Bisley, Paul Bonner, Battle Angel, Toonami Lockdown, and Ranxerox.

Awesome colors and lighting man! One minor issue i see is the purple fellows right arm is in shadow where there should be backlighting, but this is just nitpicking. Freakkin nice work man, just keep it up like this and you'll be a big playa in the illo business!

Whoa, what an improvement! You get better and better! the motion is great. one one thing that would improve this I think if your pushed the perspective more, like on the green dudes legs. If they were falling back into the scene more, it would tie together more. It looks a little layered on as it is! a little more sensitive inking on his arm coming out would of help it pop out too, rounding the whole thing out. This is better than I could do setting up a fight seen, so I don't know how much my advice is worth!

Maybe I could have one of his legs bending and twisting toward the center of the ring like he's ready to fall over. So less shading on his arm, like smaller fine/tighter lines?
